My eldest daughter is wanting some type of handheld game unit...maybe the psp. Fun stuff. You bet. But I don't think she's ready. I'm a real believer that kids should learn and use their social skills at the table. When my kids try their friend's handhelds while at dinner, they are zoned out and don't even eat dinner. No thanks!
Or maybe I just don't want to pony up the money yet...especially the games! It's not like they don't have a computer to play with. But hey, in this day and age, not having a game console may be the equivalent or poor torture.
Yeah. Not feeling too bad for my kids.
