My girlfriend is currently working on a home project. She wants to change all the switchplate covers to appropriate ones. Ok, seems easy enough. Buy a switchplate, unscrew the old one, screw in the new one and then voila! You're finished.
But home projects are ever THAT easy. She started to count ALL the switchplates she needed to switch up. Then she has to go find a store that has that many and in the style she wants. Wowsers.
Yeah, that's one project I'm not going to take on anytime soon.
