Meetings

The big wigs came out today to my office for a meeting with the leadership team which I'm a part of. I have to tell you, this kind of stuff drives me nuts. It wreaks havoc on my day and creates a lot of work for a lot of nothing. Perhaps they get value out of it, but I sure as hell don't. And I even got to stay an additional 2 hours at the office today to sit at this meeting.

I'm sure they mean well. I'm sure they want to know us. But honestly, let me do my own work in my little cubicle. Leave me alone and I assure you whatever it is that you need will get done when it's supposed to.
